We will cancel orders based on, but not limited to, the following reasons: 


Active orders (after the buyer submits their brief and before the freelancer delivers on Crazy Ants)

  • The freelancer is unresponsive for more than 24 hours. 
  • The buyer or freelancer is abusive towards the other party through threats of low ratings or leveraging order materials (such as logins, personal information) against each other. 
  • The buyer or freelancer uses copyright/trademark infringing materials. 
  • The freelancer is no longer an active Crazy Ants user.

Delivered Orders (after the freelancer clicks Deliver Now and before the order is marked as complete)

  • The freelancer delivers no files and/or proof of work related to the agreed upon order requirements.
  • The freelancer requests additional payments, on or off the Crazy Ants platform, by withholding the final delivery of services directly related to the agreed requirements. 
  • The freelancer is withholding the final delivery of services for improved ratings.
  • The buyer abuses the Request Revisions button to gain more services. 
  • The buyer threatens to leave a low review to gain more services.

Completed Orders (after the order is marked as complete and before the 7 day limitation)

  • The buyer or freelancer uses copyright/trademark infringing materials after verification and with proof. 


Kindly take note that: 

  • Orders are not eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the freelancer if the service was rendered as described in the service page. Buyers may rate their experience with the freelancer on the order page, including the overall level of service quality received. 
  • Order cancellation will not be done based on personal taste. 
  • Each case will be reviewed carefully by us in order to come out with the most appropriate action. We can cancel orders that were made by mistake but will always check if the order is tied to an ongoing service to protect our freelancers.
